Many thanks for your prompt reply. I've sent an email out to other supporters of Save Cheshunt asking if they would like to attend a meeting; I would certainly like to speak to you. Perhaps it would be best if you state a date, time and location that's easiest for you.

Reply from Rosedale Councilor.
The following reply was received, via email, today from our local Councilor.
Hi Julie,
Many thanks for the email, I am happy always happy to keep residents informed.
Kind Regards
Cllr Dee Hart
Tuesday 23rd October 2012.
Location Name.
We have been endeavoring to discover the official name of the land adjacent to Rags Lane, Peakes Way and Cowles. The website old maps gave us the answer. We were aware the Cowles area of Rosedale was built on a nursery. A recent map showing the estate gives the name of the current field as part of "Burton Grange Nursery." Older maps, prior to World War Two, show the same name. There is a modern nursery to the west of the land that could cause confusion when referring to the location.
Monday 22nd October 2012.
An email was forwarded to Flamstead End Councilors Paul Seeby and Dolores Hart. (I believe Rosedale is covered by these Councilors?) The following was sent:
Developers / Land Agents have taken an interest in land adjacent to Rags Lane, Peakes Way and Cowles. We would be grateful if you could kindly inform us of any official announcements/changes Borough of Broxbourne may make regarding said location. Please see our website. Contact can be made via email or preferably our news blog.
Tuesday 16 October 2012. We contacted political parties regarding rampant
Roger Hayes of The British Constitution Group and Lawful Rebellion. |
Robin Tilbrook of the English Democrats Party. |
Replies from the "English Democrats" and "Lawful Rebellion, their item is: Abolish Council Tax" can be seen below or press the link opposite.
Monday 15 October 2012. A Letter was sent to Charles Walker MP regarding planning. Please see below or press the link opposite to view the letter. To date we still await a reply.
Borough of Broxbourne Planning.
Early October Broxbourne Planning were contacted. We were told the area of land is currently "Green Belt." The government will soon be releasing areas of Green Belt for development, so its designation may change within the March 2013 Local Plan. We were also told Broxbourne Planning have received several "Representations" regarding that land from Developers and Land Agents. Somebody has gone to a lot of expense to pay for four surveyors on site for the best part of a day, for a proposed building development that at this stage is just a whim?
We have a good chance of success with the latest development threat as we have got in early. Also people are now better informed, thanks to the Internet, and have a good idea what is really going on.We will endeavor to keep you informed with regular news updates and please remember you can leave comments on this blog.
I'm glad Cllr Dee Hart is happy and always happy. There's nothing like happiness, but there won't be much of that around here if a development gets the go ahead!
ReplyDeleteA Concerned Resident.
What do you mean "get's the go ahead?" Live in the real world, wake up concerned resident. Behind closed doors I wouldn't be surprised it has already been given the go-ahead! Planning permission is just a formality. Accept it or if you don't like it, move it's your only choice.
ReplyDeleteFed up Resident.
I've had enough, I'm emigrating. England is no longer the land I once new, it's run by loonies. Crap television for weirdos - there's no comedy on there anymore. Crap sculpture in the streets that we have to pay for in taxes. Been to London recently and seen the type of sculpture from the loony bin. I'm sick of being robbed and constantly lied to by morons such as Cleg, Cameron and that cross dressing ponce Blair.
ReplyDeleteBlair was arrested in 1983. He was caught having sex with another man in a public toilet. When taken to Bow Street Police Station he gave his middle name, Lynton. The records were destroyed soon after Blair took office. He also put gagging orders on other obscene things he had previously got up to. Now you know why he looks so worried - one day his shady past will catch up with him. Cameron has a lot to worry about as well. Allegedly diddling tax payers out of 80 million in the 1980's with his alleged dealings with Astra Holdings and a defense procurement from South Africa. People in power are all black-mailable, that's how the Rothschild Bankers control the political scene. It's also how they got Heath to commit treason when he got Britain to join the Common market. His sexual antics, if revealed at the time, would have put him in jail not Parliament! What he and Jeromy Thorpe got up to at Alan Freeman's (Radio 1 DJ) flat, in London's east end, should now be revealed. The lid is being kept on it as there are a lot of senior people around today that were also involved.
ReplyDeleteIn 1977, Thorpe was found innocent of plotting to kill Norman Scott as he threatened to take the rest of the establishment down with him if he was found guilty including Heath and a number of high court judges. This is a fact. By the way, what's this got to do with building on Rags Valley?
ReplyDeleteWe have lost the plot a bit although it's very interesting. If we could kindly keep more to the script, so to speak, it would help. Many thanks.
