Rampant development to pay off a debt that doesn't exist!

Allowing rampant development boosts the councils' income. It's therefore in their interests to grant planning permission. This was pointed out within a letter to Charles Walker MP dated 15th October 2012 that he has, to date, failed to answer. The letter can be viewed on an earlier blog. The short video below reinforces the view that rampant development is more about raising revenue to pay off a debt that doesn't exist than the well being of the populous.

The nightmare is unfolding

Last night (Tuesday 13 November 2012 ) several of us attended the meeting at Borough of Broxbourne where the Andrews Lane outline development proposal, despite currently being on "Green Belt" land, was approved. After the meeting, in the lobby, we met up with residents objecting to the Andrews Lane development and discovered there is a proposal to develop the entire area across Rags Valley with around 1000 properties! At this stage I haven't seen the plans so cannot fully confirm this.

The ease in which Borough of Broxbourne approved the submission, whilst ignoring an 800 page petition and smugly ignoring local opposition raises many questions. Who exactly are Borough of Broxbourne working for? Are they working for us, that are forced to pay their wages and up to 50% of their pensions in Council Tax or a Communitarian agenda that's based upon money, not common sense?

Yes there is pressure to build due to an artificial population explosion that in reality doesn't exist. It should be remembered that Stalin and Mao both created artificial population explosions in order to socially engineer the masses. It was a disaster. For example in Latvia, the country was deliberately flooded with Russians. It created infrastructure problems and housing shortages, it was deliberate. Wages of local people were driven down by the new incomers that worked for less. Beautiful areas of Latvia were built upon. It was unfair on native Latvians and unfair on the Russians that were given incentives to move there. The government gave the impression all cultures were peacefully coexisting but in reality the government didn't want that. They wanted racial tension, stress and alienation amongst the population as an excuse to introduce draconian rules and clamp down on any dissent. The objective was to deliberately break down Latvian society in order to rebuild it on the Soviet model. I see little difference between what happened in the former Soviet Union and what's happening in Britain today. All major political parties have said they want a "New Society" in some shape or form. In order to do that, they have to destroy the old one first and that's, what I believe, is exactly what they are doing.

Rampant mass immigration has been deliberately allowed, mimicking exactly what happened in Latvia and other former Soviet satellite states. It is unfair on immigrant and indigenous alike. I'm not against anyone settling in Britain from overseas, providing they are here for the right reasons. What I am against is economic migrants whose only reason for being here is money. They, along with indigenous (that includes first and second generations of former immigrants that are now an integral part of British culture), we are all being duped in order to bring about an Orwellian agenda.  If Britain could prevent the German Army invading in 1940, there is no doubt Britain could prevent these isles getting overpopulated. The government puts about rumors to deflect public perception of the situation. One such lie is we are living longer. It's complete nonsense, we are not living longer. Some people are like duplicators and repeat the government lie, as if it were a fact, without giving any thought to it. Governments rely on such dimwits to spread disinformation, they always have done. Prior to World War Two the government spread a rumor that German bombers would never be able to reach Britain. Our defenses were so advanced, enemy aircraft would simply fall out of the sky over the Channel. Anyone that believed enemy aircraft could reach Britain was a "Defeatist" and a complete nut case. History proves the "Defeatists" and nut cases were correct! Likewise today, a web of lies are being deliberately spread to alter peoples' perception of reality.  "British workers are lazy," along with, "Britain needs immigrants to help the economy," are typical examples of government lies that are easily spread by dimwit duplicators of questionable intelligence.  If rampant immigration had not been allowed to happen and we had a real monetary system the population would, by now, be prosperous and housing would only be needed to improve the existing housing stock. Britain would, by now, be an idyllic place to live instead of an overpopulated hell hole of stressed out citizens ruled by psychopath traitors. All people have to do is take the blinkers off their eyes, their fingers out of their ears to see what's really happening. This country is being deliberately destroyed from within.

I believe those ruling us are not fit for purpose, they are destroying our wellbeing. They rule by our "Consent." that includes Borough of Broxbourne. Under article 61 of the Magna Carta and later the 1689 Bill of Rights, citizens have the lawful right to withdraw their "Consent" if they feel their community and/or country's best interests are NOT being served by the authorities. In a sense, the 1689 Bill of Rights sets out a form of contract between State and Citizen. We abide by their "Statute" rules, by "Consent" providing the authorities work in our best interests. If Borough of Broxbourne were genuinely working for us, and doing what we are paying them for, they would refuse to be dictated to by Westminster. They would listen to local people and  have the intelligence to look beyond the current agenda, realizing it's short term and based upon money, not common sense.

All artificial social engineering eventually fails and the current one is no different. When it does, future generations will be left to clear up the environmental and social disaster. All totalitarian societies have a minority 1% of extremely rich whilst the remaining 99% are slaves to the system. Compared to around forty years ago, small traditional family run shops, such as butchers and greengrocers have disappeared from the high street. Most were forced out by the artificial economic situation, astronomical rent, business tax and petty bureaucracy. Hoddesdon and Waltham Cross were bustling towns especially on a Saturday. Nowadays, compared with forty years ago, their high streets are relatively empty on Saturdays. Local manufacturing businesses have also disappeared. Skilled craftsmen and people once employed in a range of local private bushinesses, qualified Gardeners in Nursery's etc., through no fault of their own, they are now often unemployed.  As people are increasingly forced to rely upon the state, it  enables the state to dictate to them in much the same way as former communist states did to their people. With the latest proposed development in Andrews Lane, locals will not prosper from it, only a hierarchical minority with financial interests. The income Borough of Broxbourne will receive from it won't go towards lowering Council Tax. We continuously pay more to receive less due to a corrupt usury finance system that's worshiped by governments whose real allegiances come into question

Money issued by government, not private criminal banks, would be debt and inflation free. Small family businesses would thrive along with the economy. Such a logical policy though would not make a minority of criminal bankers and their stooge governments super rich at our expense! Iceland has arrested many of their former politicians, told the IMF to go to hell and their government now issues its own debt free currency. The country is an economic miracle and has gone from bust to boom overnight. This should be headline news but you won't find anything about it in our so-called free democratic media! The reason is obvious!

Developers and Councils throughout the country often insult our mentality with such terms as " Affordable Local Homes for Local People." Do they really think we are that stupid? Money is like oxygen to the body. You starve a body of oxygen and it dies, likewise you starve a country of finances and its society dies. As Britain's industry has been systematically destroyed the only remaining local employment is within low paid service industries. With ever increasing unemployment due to the government having to pay vast sums of our money into the fraudulent usury scam, how on earth do they expect local people to afford these "affordable homes?" It's a myth as, in true communist tradition, every effort is being made to force people into rented accommodation so they can be more easily dictated to. Fewer younger people can afford to purchase a home of their own due to crippling repayments. They are even forcing people in rented accommodation to share their homes with other families, exactly what the communists did! Property and assets of the elderly that require care are being stolen by the state so as to prevent children of the elderly getting inheritance. Again, do they think we are stupid and unable to think this through? Sadly the answer is "yes," many people are unable to think this through. It's a state of mind called "Cognitive Dissonance." Many people, even the so-called educated have this problem. They are unable to work out exactly what's happening in society until it actually happens to them, by which time it's usually too late! All forms of creeping dictatorship rely upon "Cognitive Dissonance" to survive. The following is an extract from a talk by former KGB subversion expert Yuri Bezmenov explaining how the system works. He explains how people can be presented with the evidence, but they have been conditioned to dismiss it. He escaped to the west in 1970. What he said in the 1980's is frighteningly accurate. Although he spoke about America, the same applies to the UK.

 

After watching the above video, if you shrug your shoulders and say "There's nothing we can do," and accept what's happening or dismiss the facts as some wacky conspiracy theory, you probably have "Cognitive Dissonance." If the penny has dropped, the best you can do is tell others. News spreads quickly and an increasing number of people are waking up and discovering the truth. The video below shows how the money scam works. Again it's American but equally applies to Britain.

When the Berlin Wall came down, it was not the end of Communism, it was simply another phase that had been well planned over several decades. We pay ever increasing amounts of tax, not for the good of fellow citizens, but to enslave us and make a minority even richer. If the climate change fraud was real and politicians were really working for us, instead of housing developments, emphasis would be put towards making agricultural land productive by growing healthy organic food for the locals. It would allow small family businesses to prosper instead of allowing food, that we can grow, to be flown in from around the world by huge conglomerates that, allegedly I believe, donate to political parties. In other parts of Britain farmers are being paid NOT to farm whilst we are told there is a shortage of food! Over thirty years ago food was mostly grown locally, now that's near impossible! Nurseries and farms have been replaced with hideous overcrowded housing developments. Growing food locally is common sense, but common sense is the enemy of bureaucracy!

We now have statistical science not real science in order to forward the climate change fraud, that's based upon raising money, not science. In reality other planets are undergoing climate change, it's part of a natural sun cycle, but they don't want you to know that, hence you won't find that fact on the BBC (British Bias Corporation). We shouldn't pollute but equally we should understand CO2. Cutting down on CO2 is complete nonsense but it's a brilliant method of taxation!

We now have statistical social engineering that has former Soviet Union origins. The politicians we now have went through a university system that had been infiltrated by the former Soviet Union. Their minds are a mishmash of communist ideology mixed with capitalism and fascism, it's called "Communitarian." This link is to the Conservative Party official website. Prime Minister David Cameron gave a speech praising Saul Alinsky. Saul Alinsky was a deranged Marxist! He wrote a book "Rules for Radicals" dedicated to Lucifer! Creating an overpopulated living hell is an integral part of an agenda that's based upon raising money for a rich minority, but doesn't give a jot for the people whose lives it destroys.

Most of us long for the day when we can have real scientists, not stooges paid by large corporations; the end of social engineering and a prosperous country that issues real currency instead of fraudulent paper and real democracy where elected people work on our behalf not allegedly, I believe, that of the get rich quick brigade.

A meeting has been arranged between Cllr Paul Seeby and Save Cheshunt on 22nd November 2012, at the Borough Offices, 7:00pm. Everyone concerned about the possibility of a housing development in Rags Valley are welcome to attend.

Location Name.
We have been endeavoring to discover the official name of the land adjacent to Rags Lane, Peakes Way and Cowles. The website old maps gave us the answer. We were aware the Cowles area of Rosedale was built on a nursery. A recent map showing the estate gives the name of the current field as part of "Burton Grange Nursery." Older maps, prior to World War Two, show the same name. There is a modern nursery to the west of the land that could cause confusion when referring to the location.

Borough of Broxbourne Planning.
Early October Broxbourne Planning were contacted. We were told the area of land is currently "Green Belt." The government will soon be releasing areas of Green Belt for development, so its designation may change within the March 2013 Local Plan. We were also told Broxbourne Planning have received several "Representations" regarding that land from Developers and Land Agents. Somebody has gone to a lot of expense to pay for four surveyors on site for the best part of a day, for a proposed building development that at this stage is just a whim?


We have a good chance of success with the latest development threat as we have got in early. Also people are now better informed, thanks to the Internet, and have a good idea what is really going on.We will endeavor to keep you  informed with regular news updates and please remember you can leave comments on this blog.

Abolish Council Tax.

Save Cheshunt is non-political, even so we do have open debate as planning has a lot to do with politics. We endeavor to remain impartial.

  We are led to believe Council Tax goes towards funding local authorities whose departments, such as planning, are supposed to be working in the interests of local residents. The evidence we see around us, especially regarding planning consent, I believe, proves this is not the case. Planning consent appears to be more to do with money than anything else. Please don't blame council staff. They are equally victims of this as we are. Most council staff are very polite and helpful, it's not their fault. I'm talking about high level policy decisions, the people you don't see, that we pay for in our taxes!  

At one time Council Tax was called “Community Charge” but I believe what you pay has little to do with the community and everything to do with deception! Council tax isn't a tax! We are led to believe it is, but in reality the yearly bovine excrement literature the council sends us is in fact a cunningly worded contract! The councils' legal team would probably sever an artery to prove it’s not a contract, but it is! Roger Hayes proved it in court! In law a contract is negotiable and that’s precisely what he does! In much the same way as income tax is not for the common good neither is council tax. It’s simply an integral part of fuelling an extremely corrupt usury scam that enslaves us whilst making a handful of fraudulent banker’s mega rich. The scam has been in operation since the founding of The Bank of England in 1694 and relies upon ignorance of the populous to survive. The mass media’s main news source is Reuters News agency; the agency is owned by the bankers, need I say more! 

Recently Iceland told the IMF to take a hike.  Senior politicians were arrested on charges of fraud. Iceland now prints its own debt free currency, as this country should do! Iceland went from bust to boom almost overnight and continues to prosper without the shackles of the usury scam. Nobody lost their home due to mortgage default and the people in power are there to improve the lives of the populous, not impoverish them as successive governments have done in this country.  Iceland’s economic miracle should be headline news and would be if we actually lived in a democracy. The only area you can find this information is in the alternative news which is also booming. Alternative news such as the The UK Column is one example of many. People are turning away from conventional media such as the BBC, realising it’s nothing more than propaganda! BBC news is now a laughing stock. They continue to peddle the same myth that this country is in debt. It isn’t! The debt is artificial. 

Every British prime minister is nothing more than an IMF representative whose job is to ensure the scam continues.  No major political party has a policy of issuing debt free sovereign currency. Follow the money trail and who funds them, the reason will become clear. Way back during the American Civil War, Abraham Lincoln printed debt free currency called “The Greenback.” The country boomed, that was until he was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth, Tony Bliar’s wife’s great, great, great grandfather! The Greenback was then hastily withdrawn and the people were subsequently impoverished by usury. Kennedy was about to issue debt free currency when he was assassinated. The notes had been printed but were never issued.

Next time a jolly nice politician knocks at your door at election time ask them just one question: “Why can’t this country issue its own debt free currency?” They will look at you as if they have just been touched up! At that point they will either say “It won’t work” whilst making a hasty retreat or go into “Duplicator” mode. This is where they regurgitate the type of economic waffle that is seen nightly on the BBC (British Bias Corporation), that’s designed to give people chronic depression! I’m joking. Seriously, none will give you a straight honest answer, because they can’t!

Westminster continues to lie to us. We have our incomes drained from us in taxes and live in a constant crash and boom war based economy. Deliberate unchecked mass immigration is allowed so as to bring about a controlled society that's based upon the former Soviet Union. The evidence is overwhelming and an accepted fact among academics and people that have studied the subject. The birth count of the indigenous population has continued to drop since 1963. The population boom is artificial. The indigenous population and immigrants, we are both equally victims of a hidden agenda. Without an artificial population boom there would be no need to cover Britain with eyesore developments. Several decades ago it was estimated it would take a generation to correct the damage that had been done. Now it is estimated it will take three generations to correct the horrendous damage. Indigenous and immigrant, it's essential we all stand shoulder to shoulder, find the facts and peacefully and lawfully expose the truth. We have both been duped. What the hidden social engineers and psychopath cronies that rule us fear most is exposure. Once their crime is exposed, it cannot continue.

There is an alternative to the current system that's very simple and has been proven to work.  Have a similar system to Iceland's. Have a debt free currency where inflation is non existent and income tax and council tax are abolished. Essential services would dramatically improve whilst we pay less. Most importantly have democratically elected people in power who work in our best interests, not for a minority of crooked bankers! Political parties would be banned, only accountable individuals could be voted into high office for a fixed term. The way this can happen is we simply vote with our feet and turn our backs on Westminster. Ignore their stupid elections but vote in our own elections. We use our own debt free currency. People will then have a choice, either support Westminster's system of sick lying psychopath rulers. Or support a happy and prosperous society that's based upon freedom and democracy.   I know what my choice is! People throughout the world are beginning to wake up. A similar process is happening overseas. It started in Iceland and the tipping point is being reached in other countries. The most important factor is everything is done peacefully and lawfully.

Thank you for this. The English Democrats are utterly opposed to "Conservative" plans to allow the developers who gave an estimated £6 million to the Conservative Party election campaign to profit at the expense of England's green and pleasant land!

We think that England and the English need a political party standing up for our interests, like the Scottish National Party do for Scotland.

Dear Sir,

Re: Local Authority Planning, Questionable Impartiality.

Local authorities must constantly seek extra revenue due to the ravages of a usury finance system. Granting planning permission for development generates extra income. Hypothetically if permission were granted for around fifty properties:

1. The planning process of outline and full planning would generate £17,420 for the authority. A service that, a few decades ago, was free and an integral part of the former rating system that cost residents very little.
2. Section 106 stipulates a one off fee of £3000 per additional bedroom on new developments, to be paid by the developer.   
3. Upon completion of properties, additional council tax of an average £1500 per household would generate approximately £75000 pa income for the council.
4. Broxbourne Services, the privatised part of Broxbourne Council, responsible for profiteering from household waste. An extra 50 properties would be very cost effective.
5. Local authorities are responsible for generating revenue from car parking charges, issuing parking fines etc. Councils may soon be responsible for profiteering from traffic violations. An increased local population would statistically raise further revenue.
6. A fair percentage of council tax payment now contributes to council employee pensions. Increasing the local population would raise the pension contribution.
7. Admittedly with increased population there would be higher overheads but along with this there would be profitable opportunities for areas of council services that have now been privatised.  Hence reason council tax has approximately doubled since 1997 in order to finance the profits of nominated contractors. 

It appears advantageous for local authorities to grant planning permission in order to generate extra income for themselves as well as their nominated sub-contractors. I therefore fail to see how the planning process can be impartial and democratic?
